At Elymora Skincare, we ensure your order is processed with care, speed, and attention. Below, you'll find all the important information about shipping, returns, and refunds.
Processing of orders
– Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information
– Always check your delivery address carefully before ordering
Is there a mistake in your address? Please contact us immediately.
– Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately can no longer change the address.
Shipping costs & delivery times
– Netherlands & Belgium : Free shipping on all orders
– International : Free shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page
Estimated delivery times :
– 5–14 business days for standard orders
Please note: We do our utmost to deliver your order on time, but we have no control over any delays caused by postal or courier services.
Returns – 14 days cooling-off period
Not completely satisfied? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for return :
– The item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
– Including all labels and proof of purchase
- Return costs are at your own expense
– Returns are often sent to our international warehouse – so please always contact us first at info@elymora.nl for the correct return address.
Received a damaged or incorrect item?
– Check your order immediately upon receipt
– Is an item damaged or delivered incorrectly?
– Email us as soon as possible at info@elymora.nl
- Please state your order number and add clear photos of the problem
– We will resolve it quickly and personally with you.
Refund
– After receiving and checking your return, we will inform you about the approval.
– If you agree, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 working days.
– Banks or credit card companies may require additional processing time
