Returns Policy – Elymora Skincare
At Elymora Skincare, we do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your order. Still not satisfied? We're happy to help with a smooth and hassle-free returns process.
General
At Elymora Skincare, you have a 14-day return period, starting from the date of purchase. You can register your return with us within this period.
In order to process a return:
– The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, with all labels and in its original packaging.
– You must be able to show a valid proof of purchase or invoice
– Always contact us first at info@elymora.nl to receive the correct return address (products are often shipped from abroad)
Please note: You may be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
Damage or Problems
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is anything damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered?
– Please contact us within 48 hours at info@elymora.nl
– Add clear photos of the problem
– We provide a suitable solution – replacement or full refund
Exchange
Would you prefer to receive a different variant or shade?
– Return the original item
– Once your return is approved, you can place a new order
– This way you will receive the desired product as quickly as possible
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Do you live within the European Union? Then you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
– The item must be unused and undamaged
– Return it together with all original labels, packaging and proof of purchase.
– Register your return via info@elymora.nl
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:
– You will receive a confirmation by email
– If approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days
– Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a little longer
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please send us a message at info@elymora.nl — we'll resolve it quickly.
